MWR 4550

The SELFSAT MWR 4550 is a router that can be operated via a 12-volt vehicle electrical system or a 230-volt connection. It can receive an incoming Wi-Fi signal or, thanks to an inserted SIM card, a mobile network signal and transmit a private, password-protected Wi-Fi signal. Furthermore, you can connect multiple devices to the router simultaneously. It has no SIM lock and can be used with top-up (prepaid) or contract (postpaid) SIM cards from various providers. Since it has two SIM card slots, foreign SIM cards can also be used, for example, when abroad.

It receives a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal, as well as the 5G or 4G LTE cellular network signal. Thanks to MIMO (Multiple In Multiple Out) technology, it can send and receive multiple data packets simultaneously to achieve the best possible connection speed.

Connecting to your router's Wi-Fi is as easy as in a hotel or at home. The initial connection can be established using the QR codes on the router, or using the Wi-Fi name and password. After changing the password, the connection is established using your personal password. The router's simplified, user-friendly interface is equally suitable for Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, and laptops and is accessed via the internet browser. No app installation is required.
