Supports Wi-Fi networks with a login page (captive portal)

The SELFSAT MWR 4550 is a router that can be powered by a 12-volt vehicle electrical system or a 230-volt mains connection. It can receive an incoming Wi-Fi signal or, thanks to an inserted SIM card, a mobile network signal and broadcast a private, password-protected Wi-Fi network. Furthermore, you can connect multiple devices to the router simultaneously. It is SIM-unlocked and can be used with prepaid or contract SIM cards from various providers. Since it has two SIM card slots, foreign SIM cards can also be used, for example, when traveling abroad.

It receives a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal, as well as the 5G or 4G LTE mobile network signal. Thanks to MIMO (Multiple In Multiple Out) technology, it can send and receive multiple data packets simultaneously to achieve the best possible connection speed.

Connecting to your router's Wi-Fi is as easy as in a hotel or at home. The initial connection can be established using the QR codes on the router, or by entering the Wi-Fi name and password. After changing the password, you can connect using your personal password. Setting up and using the router's simplified, user-friendly interface is compatible with Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, and laptops, and is done via your web browser. No app installation is required.
